When it comes time for your Big Day the catering staff will be your most valuable asset to making sure the whole event runs flawlessly. Our Events Coordinator, Arie, will be working closely with you and your wedding planner to make sure every possible detail has been planned, and that the timing of your event is spot on.
The purpose of this worksheet is to assist you in planning your wedding, and to make sure you have all of your staffing needs taken care of so you don’t have to worry about a thing! We also want to work together to figure out just what you need from us so you have a solid figure going into this for what your costs will look like. In general, staffing costs will be about 20% of the food and beverage total, but that number is very loose- which is where this worksheet comes into play!
We are asking that you take some time to go through this worksheet and think about all of the things that you will need help with.
